kidsroomZOOM! is happy to host several workshops in the magic house of via Mellerio 1 during the Design Week.

Children are invited to meet, work and play together with designers, artists, illustrators and even a real chef.

Wednesday April 18, 2012, 4.30pm
kidsroomZOOM! kitchen hosts Maria Castellano for Il Gufo, to learn to prepare simple and tastefull recipies together with mum and dad. Maria Castellano will cook fromage bisquits with strange and different shapes, little apple cakes and a wonderfull chocolate salami! Reservation only.

Thrusday April 19 2012,  4.30pm
Rihards Funs and Zane Homka from Rijada present “Blind copy  workshop”. Children together with the designers, using the modelling dough, copy  “a design toy” that remains hidden in a box. Children have to image the mysterious design toy and copy it. In colaboration with Faber Castell. Reservation only.

Friday April 20 2012, from 4.30pm
Barbara Barbantini, Puella fashion designer, introduces children the magic world of serigraphy. Special drawings and logos created on purpose for kidsroomzoom are been printed on T-shirts and cotton tissue bags. Kids are invited to bring their old white T-shirts form home! Reservation only.

Panini Editore and unduetrestella present a creative atelier with kids and the Italian  illustrator  Alessandro Sanna. Children are invited to play and draw with Alessandro and the new character Mano Felice on the themes of his last four illustrated books Aria, Acqua, Terra, Fuoco, published by Panini Editore, Modena.
